Krav Maga Melon Bag was designed to be in the shape of a human head for striking and kicking training.

It has 2 strong nylon handles at the back.  Krav Maga Melon Bag Striking Ball can be held by students simulating moving or the static head of the aggressor, or hung at the groin area (belt needed) for groin kicking. Due to its weight (around 2kg when filled) it can be used to warm up for many exercises. This Krav Maga melon bag  striking ball has many functions in Krav Maga training.

This product comes empty and needs to be filled by old cloths or rags. Very easy filling with rear opening covered by zipper and strong velcro.

Filling recommendations - can be filled with cut offs from clothing or you can use your old tshirt/hoodies/any other fabric to fill. Make sure you'll cut the clothing into pieces no larger than 15cm x 15cm and fill the bag.
